Vraćamo se na plesni podij sa Movement Medicine: Dance it Out!, i to jednom mjesečno do ljeta.
Tijelo. Dah. Puls. Pokret. Grad. Ritam. Ti. I Ples.
Zašto? Jer je vrijeme za ples bez previše priče, bez puno filozofije, jer je vrijeme za ostavljanje svega što želimo na plesnom podiju, za ritam koji nas otvori sočno iznutra i izvana, okrene naopako ako treba, pozove da mu predamo sve što imamo, a da nam vrati sve što nam treba.
Dance it Out! je minimalno vođeni sat. Uđeš, daš se, dobiješ se, izgubiš se, nađeš, opet i ponovno, kroz ples, ples i ples...

We’re returning to the dance floor with Movement Medicine: Dance it Out! — once a month until summer.
Body. Breath. Pulse. Movement. City. Rhythm. You. And Dance.
Why?
Because it’s time to dance - without too many words, without too much philosophy — time to leave everything we want on the dance floor, to surrender to the rhythm that opens us up, inside and out, takes us upside down if needed, invites us to give it everything we have, and gives back to us everything we need.
Dance it Out! is a minimally guided session. You walk in, give yourself, find yourself, lose yourself, find yourself again — through the dance, dance, and more dance…

Prijava je moguća do srijede u ponoć, a nakon toga prijava nija potrebna nego ulazite na drop-in po punoj cijeni.
You can apply until midnight on Wednesday, after that there is no need for application, you are welcome to drop-in.

Please bring clothes comfortable for movement. We dance barefoot or in shoes for indoor use only.
