At the moment the gates open for summer to arrive in this part of the world, we will gather to dance and to connect to what nourishes us.
Re-Source is a dance workshop rooted in Movement Medicine and other ancient indigenous practices that have been holding memories of how to connect to our self, to each other, to nature, to all sentient beings, to our ancestors and the spirit world, and to the Great Spirit.
In this day and age we find it incredibly important to keep on coming back to these connections, to honor them and to let them strengthen us and support us in our daily life - with both feet on the ground, connected and empowered to meet what life bring us with strength and love, focus, awareness, presence and resilience.
The connection to the Source is a very personal thing. You will be invited to call in your dance that invisible support, the breath of life, the life force within you to nourish you, support you and guide you.
Through the practice we will focus on dancing with and embodying the resources we already have to support us in our daily life and especially in the season ahead. Through a dance ceremony on Sunday we will make space and call in the resources and the guidance for our steps ahead, for the time of expansion, for support of the projects and connections dear to our hearts, for bringing more presence in our life, and for finding beauty, joy and pleasure in what life has to offer.

The price for the full workshop is 130 euros
Early bird price (until April 30) is 110 euros.
Super early bird price (until March 10) is 90 euros.

About Reuben
Growing up immersed in the world of movement and dance, I found a natural affinity for the rhythms and melodies that pulse through life. Raised by parents who are pioneers in the field of conscious dance, I was inspired by the world of movement, healing and ritual. After years of discovering my own way, spending much time with the indigenous peoples of south and North America, participating in their rituals and learning to hold those ceremonial spaces myself I eventually trained becoming a certified Movement Medicine teacher. This path felt like a natural extension of my being, bringing together my love for dance and DJing, for embodiment practices and for working in ritual spaces where magic happens.
In addition to my dedication to movement, I am deeply passionate about fostering holistic well-being. Recognising the intrinsic connection between personal health and collective vitality, I pursued training as a health coach. My mission is to empower individuals to cultivate vibrant health in their bodies, minds, and hearts, recognising that our individual well-being is intricately linked to the well-being of the world around us. Through my work, I aspire to sow the seeds of positive transformation, nurturing health from within to ripple outwards into the wider community.
At the heart of my offerings lies a commitment to cultivating joy and love. Whether guiding others through movement practices, holding rituals spaces where we can connect to something greater than ourselves, or sharing health practices that help to ground us into our natural state of being, my aim is to evoke a sense of connection, vitality, and strength.
I believe in the transformative power of music and movement to uplift the spirit and awaken the body's innate wisdom.
It is the heartfelt expression of my passion for creating environments where people can thrive and rediscover their own inherent goodness.
